    　　中新社合肥12月16日电 题：“制鞋大王”三十余载创业路 见证两岸产业融合发展 　　中新社记者 张俊 　　“10多年前我第一次来安庆，周围还是一片空地。如今工厂林立，真没想到发展这么快。”站在安徽安庆安鑫体育用品有限公司的生产车间外，65岁的台商黄永坚望着高速运转的智能化制鞋设备说。 　　黄永坚来自台湾台中。1990年，他怀揣着一纸外贸订单踏足大陆鞋业市场。“当时有东南亚和大陆两个选择。大陆不仅有庞大的市场，而且两岸同文同种，这种归属感让我相信这里是创业宝地。”黄永坚回忆道，最初的十几年，他的业务遍布沿海省份的制鞋基地，积累了丰富的行业经验。 　　2012年，随着大陆市场的不断开拓，黄永坚决定在安徽投资布局，并在安庆建厂。“做内销和外贸不同，偏中部的地区对全国市场的辐射力均衡。安庆交通设施完善，区位优势得天独厚。”黄永坚说，更让自己惊讶的是项目建设的速度，占地数万平方米的工厂仅用1年就完成建设并投产。 　　从第一条月产5万双鞋的生产线起步，如今该工厂已拥有近40条生产线，每月制鞋超200万双，年营业额突破20亿元(人民币，下同)。身边人也因此称他为“制鞋大王”。 　　“当初规划每年制鞋1000万双就很满足。没想到大陆市场爆发式增长，我们每年保持15%的增速，去年已达2000万双。”黄永坚说。 台商黄永坚在检查其工厂生产的鞋类产品。　中新社记者 张俊 摄 　　适应市场变化，创新是关键。“创新不是高端产业的专利，制鞋业也需要与时俱进。”黄永坚介绍，企业通过与高校合作研发自动化生产线，实现了数字化、智能化转型，生产效率大幅提升。“大陆制造业的进步让我们受益匪浅。” 　　在创业的过程中，黄永坚始终秉持“以人为本”的理念。“我们每年都为考上大学的员工子女发放奖金，累计已有上百名员工受益。”黄永坚说，他坚持公益10余年，每月为安庆特殊教育学校捐赠资金。他在办公室的抽屉里，珍藏着学校孩子们写来的感谢信。 　　如今，黄永坚的儿子也在安庆扎根，跟随父亲一起管理企业，且主要负责海外业务拓展。 　　黄永坚还有一个身份，就是安庆市台湾同胞投资企业协会会长。在专注自身发展的同时，他更积极搭建两岸合作桥梁，每年组织台湾客商来安庆考察，分享创业经验。“台商在皖投资呈现出高端化、智能化、本土化的鲜明趋势。”黄永坚告诉记者，越来越多的台商深耕大陆制造业，涉及精密制造、汽车零部件、新能源等产业领域。 　　截至目前，安徽共有海峡两岸青年创业基地等20个涉台产业园区。“台湾的设计研发优势与大陆的制造实力、广阔市场相结合，就能形成强大竞争力。”黄永坚表示，在大陆深耕三十余载，见证了两岸制造业的融合发展，未来也将继续深耕大陆市场。(完) 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
