    郑丽文启动“黄复兴党部再造” 核心目标反对“台独”

    　　中新网北京12月16日电 (燕新台)郑丽文在竞选中国国民党主席期间承诺，若当选将恢复“黄复兴党部”运作。据“中评社”报道，在其党主席任满一个月后，“黄复兴党部再造行动”正式启动，该党部即将恢复组织定位并转型为委员会，相关组织章程已草拟完毕。郑丽文同时指派军系出身的国民党副主席季麟连，担任“黄复兴再造筹备委员会”主任委员。 　　据《新华澳报》介绍，“黄复兴党部”正式名称为“台军退除役人员党部”，又称“荣民党部”。该党部在蒋经国支持下，于1956年7月1日成立，代名“黄复兴”，寓意“炎黄子孙，复兴中华”。 　　此前，“黄复兴党部”在前主席朱立伦任内被裁撤。台湾“中央社”报道，国民党去年3月6日通过修正中央委员会组织规程，将“黄复兴党部”整合进各地方党部，同时成立“退伍军人工作委员会”，并在组发会增设“退伍军人部”，负责退伍台军相关组织运作事宜。 　　新加坡《联合早报》引述时任国民党文传会主委李彦秀就此解释称，“黄复兴党部”并非裁撤而是组织转型，此举意在扩大国民党支持基础，深化与地方的联结。 　　综合岛内媒体消息，“黄复兴党部”在裁撤前是国民党内仅存的“特种党部”，主要成员为退除役台军官兵及其眷属。据悉，该党部党员数量最高峰时超过20万人，目前仍有近8万名党员，占国民党党员总数的约四分之一，具备较强动员能力，在国民党内选举中拥有重要影响力。 　　值得一提的是，在国民党主席竞选期间，候选人郝龙斌同样提出支持恢复“黄复兴党部”的政见。据台湾“中时新闻网”报道，郝龙斌当时表示，若他当选党主席，将助力“黄复兴”恢复荣光，推动其与地方党部合作，并组建“黄复兴防务智库”。 　　“中评社”称，“黄复兴再造筹备委员会”已于本月11日召开首次会议，郑丽文亲自出席并向与会成员致意。她在会上提出“黄复兴党部再造行动”的六大方向，其中最重要的目标就是维护台湾地区现行宪制性规定、反对“台独”、“下架民进党”以及维护台海和平等。 　　季麟连为台军退役将领，曾担任“黄复兴党部”主委。他曾在岛内政论节目中直言：“我的身份证上祖籍是浙江杭州，我是浙江人；我有台胞证，我是台湾人；我也是中国人，我们是中华民族，谁能说不对？” 　　据台湾《联合报》报道，季麟连日前向国民党“退伍军人部”发送电子信函，通报“黄复兴再造筹备委员会”的筹组情况。该报道还援引资深军系国民党员、台政战军官出身的台湾致理科技大学教授何启圣的表述称，据其了解，国民党中央计划于12月24日召开组织章程修正会议，拟将现行“退伍军人工作委员会”更名为“黄复兴委员会”，同时要求各县市党部比照执行更名工作。(完) 【编辑:叶攀】|dfg|
