    和而不同、美美与共：专家解析中西医结合

    　　中新网北京12月19日电 (记者 李纯)用现代科技印证传统中医理论，中医学者在国际顶级医学期刊发表论文、越来越多综合医院开设中医科室……在今天的中国，中西医结合发展的实例已不鲜见，在打破诊疗边界的同时共护民众健康福祉。 　　中西医并重是我国卫生健康事业发展的基本方针之一，中西医结合则是落实这一方针的重要途径。正值中国中医科学院西苑医院建院70周年之际，医院副院长王培利接受中新社记者专访时指出，中西医结合之于中医药传承创新发展，既是核心动力，也是必由之路。 　　让传统医学在新时代焕发生机，关键在于说明白、讲清楚中医药的作用机理，这离不开现代技术的帮助。近几十年来的实践证明，传统中医智慧与现代诊疗技术融合互用、相辅相成，已经形成独具中国特色的医学模式。 　　例如，中国科学院院士、国医大师陈可冀将中医“血瘀”理论与现代医学病理、临床研究方法相结合，提出冠心病的中医核心病机是“心血瘀阻、血脉不通”，同时基础和临床研究证实了活血化瘀治法的独特优势。进一步研究发现，冠心病急性期炎症因子释放、血小板活化、心肌损伤标志物升高、心肌坏死等与中医所讲“毒”的特点相似。结合现代医学检验结果和影像学特点，进一步提出冠心病急性期“瘀毒互结”理论，联合活血解毒药物治疗，取得了良好的临床疗效。 　　同时，陈可冀院士带领团队创办《中国中西医结合杂志》中英文版，制定国际血瘀证诊断指南，推动了中医药的现代化和国际化进程，形成了开放、包容、创新、发展的现代活血化瘀学派。相关成果先后获得国家科技进步奖一等奖和二等奖，充分显示了中西医结合的优势。 　　“中医药要拥抱现代医学、拥抱现代技术。”王培利表示，中医学的发展离不开现代医学的技术支撑，西医也能从中医获得丰富的预防理念、治疗手段和增效方案，这正是中西医并重、协同发展的成效体现。 　　长期存在一种观点认为，中医讲“辨证”，西医讲“标准”，两套看似矛盾的体系很难真正结合到一起。中西医结合发展，“结合”的是什么？又怎样做到真正地“结合”？ 　　王培利对此指出，“结合”首先是在理念层面。认识一种疾病，既要从整体上观其发病特点，也要从微观上看其致病机理。将中医对整体的调控与西医对微观的分析结合起来，“更能看清疾病的本质，找到更好的解决方法”。 　　技术层面亦是如此。王培利表示，临床诊疗过程也是宏观与微观的密切结合。宏观角度便是根据疾病的临床表现和发展规律进行治疗，微观角度则是通过检验学、影像学、基因组学等技术手段，把握疾病的细微特点。“中西医不是‘两张皮’，而是一个事物的两个方面。” 　　制度层面的结合也是关键。20世纪50年代，我国就提出将中西医的知识结合起来，创造统一的新医学、新药学。党的十八大以来，党中央高度重视中医药的传承创新发展，提倡中西医并重；鼓励中西医结合，建设中西医结合旗舰医院和重点学科、支持共克疑难，为中西医结合医学的健康发展提供了制度保障。 　　推动中西医结合的底层逻辑是整合两种医学体系的优势，构建更为全面、精准的医疗模式，以应对复杂疾病，提升整体健康水平。实践证明，中西医结合在心脑血管、肿瘤等疾病领域形成特色方案，提升了临床疗效、降低了医疗成本、改善了患者预后。王培利指出：“和而不同、美美与共，这是中西医结合医学的巨大优势和特点。” 　　谈及未来如何进一步加强中西医结合，除了强化临床协同，王培利特别提到了人才梯队建设，为独具中国特色的结合医学培养兼备宏观、微观思维的新型人才。 　　另一个方面是拥抱现代科技，推动产业升级。王培利表示，大数据、人工智能等新技术的融合应用有助于推动中医药向数字化、智能化方向转型，加快中医药成果转化，为促进中医药产业升级、实现全民健康覆盖提供重要支撑，为中医药“传承精华、守正创新”搭建起更高的发展平台。(完) 【编辑:李润泽】|dfg|
