    　　中新社北京12月16日电 题：依法审理黎智英案就是捍卫香港司法制度 　　中新社记者 容海升 　　香港特区高等法院15日判决，黎智英两项串谋勾结外国势力罪及一项串谋发布煽动刊物罪成立。个别国家及政客无视详达855页的裁决理由，第一时间以所谓“压制自由”等政治语言误导国际舆论，凸显依法审理此案事关捍卫香港司法制度。 　　黎智英是何许人？这个传媒大亨惯于以“新闻工作者”包装自己，又毫不掩饰地参与策划、组织、发动2019年“修例风波”期间一系列反中乱港行动，是香港“黑暴”的幕后推手。他还公然要求美、英等国家联手制裁中国及香港特区，一度对香港安全、秩序造成严重破坏。 　　法庭就该案颁布的裁决理由完全公开，传媒、公众均可查阅。但凡阅读各项证据、法庭考虑，多数人会震惊于此人在香港操弄媒体以煽动市民及出卖国家、人民利益的颠覆行径，蔑视其引外部势力遂行干预渗透及对青年群体进行“洗脑”的无耻操弄。种种言行，放在任何国家均属犯罪，毫无疑问应受法律制裁。 　　判决甫一公开，15日当天就有英国、澳大利亚、美国、德国等国家、欧盟及个别政客急于发声，刻意为一个罪犯洗白。他们故意将黎智英案的犯罪行为与新闻自由混为一谈，就是要混淆视听。黎智英多年来滥用新闻自由，他密切管理及控制《苹果日报》的编采方向，以虚假、片面报道误导香港市民，煽动仇恨并宣扬、美化暴力，指示该报高层发起所谓“一人一信”争取对华制裁等。种种恶行造成的大量伤痛记忆，香港市民未曾忘却。 　　围绕黎案的最新一轮舆论攻防，让海内外各方看清，个别国家和政客根本不尊重“不得干预在审案件”的普通法精神。强行干涉香港司法机构独立审判权，这样霸凌霸道的行径还要假借民主公义的口号，着实荒诞可笑。 　　有一句流传很广的俗语，即“你永远叫不醒一个装睡的人”。当下要捍卫香港司法制度，唯有依法审理黎案，抵制任何干预破坏，方能有效防范、制止危害国家安全的行为。黎智英必须为其严重违法行径面对司法机构宣判定罪、承担相应后果，他和任何在囚人士一样，合法权益将受到依法保障，此事可受公评、经得起时间的检验。 　　即将收官的2025年，香港的国际金融中心地位重回世界第三，竞争力排名也提升至第三位，外国在港商会调查显示大部分会员对未来充满信心。坚定捍卫香港司法制度，活力之都必将更胜往昔。(完) 【编辑:惠小东】|dfg|
