    中国人民银行发布一次性信用修复政策

    　　中新网北京12月22日电 (陶思阅)中国人民银行22日举行新闻发布会，介绍一次性信用修复政策有关情况。该政策明确，对于2020年1月1日至2025年12月31日期间，单笔金额不超过10000元人民币的个人逾期信息，个人于2026年3月31日(含)前足额偿还逾期债务的，金融信用信息基础数据库将不予展示。 12月22日，中国人民银行发布一次性信用修复政策，符合相关条件的逾期信息，将不会在个人信用报告中予以展示。图为当日拍摄的中国人民银行总行大楼。 中新社记者 张祥毅 摄 　　值得注意的是，一次性信用修复政策实行“免申即享”，个人无需申请和操作，也无需提交证明材料，由中国人民银行征信系统对符合条件的逾期信息进行自动识别和统一处理。一次性信用修复政策不收取任何费用、不需要第三方代理。 　　中国人民银行副行长邹澜表示，相关政策标准和条件的设定，主要出于两个方面的考虑：一方面，政策不区分贷款机构、贷款类型，不设置申请程序和复杂的条件，公平公正、简便易行地为在规定日期前履行还款义务的个人提供信用重建的机会。 　　另一方面，政策对逾期时间和逾期金额做了规定，在精准支持小额逾期、诚信还款人群信用重建的同时，保留对尚未按期还款或大额逾期人群的信用约束，坚守履约守信的底线，保证征信系统的严肃性和约束力。 　　据悉，一次性信用修复政策实施后，符合条件的逾期信息在个人信用报告中的“还款状态”和“逾期金额”两个数据项将会予以调整。 　　其中，“还款状态”将由逾期标识调整为正常标识，“逾期金额”将由10000元以下的“非0”数值调整为“0”；相应调整将在个人信用报告的“信息概要”和“信贷交易信息明细”模块予以同步体现。 　　若个人需要了解相关逾期信息是否已不再展示，可以通过多渠道获取本人信用报告。线上查询渠道包括金融机构的手机银行APP、网上银行、银联云闪付APP、中国人民银行征信中心官网的“互联网个人信用信息服务平台”等。线下查询渠道包括征信自助查询机、金融机构的智慧柜员机、中国人民银行各分行征信服务窗口。查询渠道详情信息可通过中国人民银行征信中心官方网站、微信公众号获取。 　　中国人民银行征信管理局局长任咏梅介绍，一次性信用修复政策设置了三个月的宽限期，个人只要在宽限期内足额偿还逾期债务，可以同样适用该项政策。同时，考虑到过节因素，政策宽限期设置到春节后的一段时间，也就是到2026年3月31日截止。她提示，该政策是对符合条件的征信信息的一次性特殊处理，只适用于2025年底前产生的逾期信息，2026年新产生的逾期信息不包括在内。 　　《征信业管理条例》规定，个人可以每年2次免费获取本人的信用报告。任咏梅说，考虑到在政策实施后的信用报告查询需求，中国人民银行在2026年上半年，为每人额外增加2次免费查询的机会。(完) 【编辑:韦俊龙】|dfg|
