    喝酒吃辣可以祛寒御冷？听听医生怎么说

    　　中新网12月19日电 国家卫生健康委19日召开新闻发布会，介绍时令节气与健康(冬至)有关情况。对于民间“冬天喝点酒、吃点辣可以祛寒御冷”的说法，中国中医科学院望京医院主任医师高峰表示，这些做法应该说是不科学的。 　　首先，饮酒后皮下毛细血管扩张，血液加速流向体表，短时间会感到面部和身体发热、出汗，但热量会更快地从体表消散，反而容易受寒、感冒。另外，特别提示：服用药物期间不建议饮酒。因为许多药物会与酒产生不良反应，像常用的头孢类抗菌药物，镇静安眠药如艾司唑仑，解热镇痛药物如对乙酰氨基酚、布洛芬、阿司匹林等等，还有很多。尤其是头孢类药物，饮酒后的3天内是不宜服用的，用药后7天内不能饮酒，否则可能会出现双硫仑样反应，表现为心悸、头痛、呕吐等严重不适，甚至可以危及生命。服药期间要仔细阅读说明书，如果就诊应该及时告知医生近期的饮酒史。另外，像儿童青少年、孕妇、哺乳期妇女等人群是不宜饮酒的。 　　其次，也不能靠吃辣“祛寒御冷”。适当吃点辣可以增进食欲、促进发汗。但是吃辣是因人而异的。中医认为，辛辣的食物容易耗伤津液，可能引起口干咽燥、口腔溃疡、便秘等不适，对于有慢性消化系统疾病如慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡的人，还可能诱发病情发作或者加重。 　　高峰强调，从顺应天时四季养生而言，冬季是适宜食疗进补的，但是要注意合理搭配、营养均衡。食补包含两个方面，一个是温阳，一个是滋阴。对于阳虚体质，就是平素畏寒怕冷、手脚发凉的人，适宜温阳，可以多食一些羊肉、牛肉、核桃、板栗等等。如果是阴虚体质，平素口干咽燥、手足心热的，需要滋阴，可以多食木耳、银耳、莲藕等食物。建议采用炖、煮、煲汤的烹饪方式。食疗进补应该是因年龄、个人体质和地域的不同而不同，建议可以咨询医生，不能盲目进补。 【编辑:刘湃】|dfg|
