    税务部门曝光3起平台企业涉税违法案件

    　　中新网北京12月17日电 (记者 赵建华)浙江、陕西、辽宁等地税务部门17日曝光近几年依法查处的3起平台企业涉税违法案件。分别是： 　　——国家税务总局温州市税务局第二稽查局依法查处网络交易平台浙江嫲嫲团网络科技有限公司涉税违法案件。经查，2018年至2019年，浙江嫲嫲团网络科技有限公司开发运营“嫲嫲团”网络交易平台，通过隐匿收入的方式进行虚假纳税申报，少缴增值税等税费款共计297.29万元。该公司还在推广企业APP过程中通过个人账户为雇佣的推广人员发放劳务报酬，未代扣代缴个人所得税472.75万元。2024年1月，国家税务总局温州市税务局第二稽查局依法对该公司偷税行为作出追缴税费、加收滞纳金并处罚款共计698.93万元的处理处罚决定；对其未履行代扣代缴义务行为处以罚款910.50万元的处罚决定，并辅导督促该公司雇佣的推广人员更正申报和补缴税费款及滞纳金。 　　——国家税务总局西安市税务局第三稽查局联合公安机关依法查处网络货运平台运是滴科技发展有限责任公司虚开增值税专用发票案件。经查，2020年至2022年，运是滴科技发展有限责任公司通过虚构网络货运业务的方式，接受虚开增值税专用发票2028份，价税合计13.04亿元；虚开增值税专用发票4411份，价税合计18.55亿元。2024年3月，国家税务总局西安市税务局第三稽查局依法对该公司开具的增值税专用发票定性为虚开，并依法将379户下游接受虚开发票企业线索移送相关税务部门进行查处；公安机关已抓获6名主要犯罪嫌疑人。 　　——国家税务总局鞍山市税务局稽查局依法查处灵活用工平台辽宁合众易薪科技有限公司虚开发票案件。经查，2019年至2023年，辽宁合众易薪科技有限公司通过虚构灵活用工服务的方式，为他人虚开增值税专用发票14722份，价税合计9.51亿元；为他人虚开增值税普通发票506份，价税合计0.21亿元。2025年8月，国家税务总局鞍山市税务局稽查局依法对该公司开具的增值税发票定性为虚开，并依法将819户下游接受虚开发票企业线索移送相关税务部门进行查处。(完) 【编辑:惠小东】|dfg|
