    宁夏贺兰：盐碱地起渔潮 生态“鲜”货闯市场

    　　中新网银川12月17日电 (李佩珊 陈漱玉)“以前养鱼只盯草鱼、鲤鱼，辛苦一年赚不了几个钱。现在螃蟹、南美白对虾、虹鳟鱼成了主打，卖价高还能改良盐碱地、节省水资源。”12月17日，在宁夏银川市贺兰县常信乡养殖基地里，一名老养殖户望着水中游弋的鱼虾，话语里满是感慨。 贺兰县的鱼塘阡陌纵横，勾勒出一幅波光粼粼的田园画卷。　贺兰县委宣传部供图 　　作为宁夏渔业大县，贺兰渔业近年来完成了一场华丽转型，从单一家鱼养殖的“单打独斗”，转向名优特品种集群发展的态势，还在节水养殖、盐碱地治理上走出了自己的特色，朝着“适水产业高质量发展西北第一县”的目标稳步迈进。 　　宁夏海迪农业科技发展有限公司的300亩蟹塘，集中收获期刚过，但“化鲜记”大闸蟹的市场热度没降。“县里科研团队帮着指导，帮我们解决了苗种成活率低、品质不稳定的问题，养殖规模从一开始的120亩，慢慢扩到了现在的300亩。”公司负责人化海迪说，靠着错峰养殖，他们的螃蟹比南方早30天上市，今年在上海蟹博会还拿了奖，成了贺兰县“塞上湖蟹”这一区域公共品牌的核心代表。 　　目前，贺兰县螃蟹总养殖面积超过9700亩，凭着“上市早、品质好”的优势，60%供本地市场，40%通过线上卖到了全国各地。 　　“以前谁能想到，盐碱地里的‘海虾’能常年稳定供应？”宁夏天荣现代农业科技有限公司负责人张红花言语间满是自豪。作为贺兰海鲜驯化的成功例子，南美白对虾靠工厂化养殖车间实现全年生长，封闭循环水系统24小时精准调水温、溶氧量，模拟出适合它们生长的环境。 　　再加上“跑道式生物絮团养虾技术”，当地用微生物菌剂降解亚硝酸盐，让南美白对虾的养殖尾水实现了零排放。“成活率能到97.5%，设施温棚一年能产三季，产量是自然养殖的六倍。”张红花说。 　　除了螃蟹和南美白对虾，虹鳟、大黄鱼等品种的成功养殖，让贺兰渔业的多元化格局更清晰了。 　　银川科海生物技术有限公司的室内养殖池里，虹鳟、鲟鱼等高端冷水鱼游得悠闲，公司负责人石常晋介绍：“有专家指导，我们攻克了盐碱水环境里孵化和规模化养殖的技术，循环水系统既节水，也符合‘四水四定’的要求。” 　　贺兰渔业能实现这样的转型，不是运气使然。当地一直和多所高校、科研院所合作搞产学研，针对盐碱地综合利用集中研究，解决了不少技术难题。生态治理方面，贺兰县推广“三池两坝”、稻渔水循环这些模式，完成了2.1万亩养殖池塘的标准化改造，建了“鱼池—环沟—稻田”的闭合循环系统，单方水的效益比常规种植提高了90%以上。水资源利用上，贺兰县搞起“技术节水+市场调节”，每年农业节水量超过3000万立方米，既保护了生态，又不耽误发展。 　　现在，贺兰适水产业养殖面积有5.8万亩，水产品总产量6.5万吨，年产值超9亿元，用西北地区2.3%的养殖水面，产出了11.3%的水产品，名特优养殖面积突破了1.4万亩。曾经的盐碱荒地变成了丰产鱼塘，粗放养殖换成了智慧生态养殖，贺兰渔业靠着这些年的努力，走出了产业升级、生态增效的路子。(完) 【编辑:于晓艳】|dfg|
