    他不是演员，却“演”了一辈子商人

    　　卢绪章(1911-1995)，浙江宁波鄞县人。1933年，他与杨延修等进步青年以300元大洋创立了“广大华行”，起初经营西药邮购业务，后发展为中共地下经济战线的核心机构。1937年，卢绪章秘密加入中国共产党，自此开启了他“资本家”与“红色特工”的双重人生。 　　以商为盾，构建红色金网 　　在党组织领导下，卢绪章以广大华行为掩护，周旋于国民党政商高层，为党筹措巨额经费。广大华行不仅是贸易公司，更是中共南方局直属的“第三线秘密机关”。卢绪章通过孙科太子系与苏联做生意；利用宋美龄的航空委员会，售卖黄金、美钞；与蒋介石侍从室专员施公猛等建立“友谊”，甚至获得国民党少将参议头衔作为“护身符”。他成功利用这些关系为掩护党的机构和干部、调配资金和交通运输等提供便利，发展党的地下经济事业。皖南事变后，国民党停发八路军军饷，广大华行更成为南方局生存的经济支柱。从1937年至1948年间，卢绪章累计为党筹集经费近400万美元。 　　机智应变，同流而不合污 　　卢绪章化名“重庆老孟”向韶关地下党输送经费，不料联络员叛变。特务携叛徒赴重庆搜捕时，在施公猛帮助下，他拿到“少将参议卢绪章因公赴昆”的证明书，紧急飞往昆明避难，成功躲过了敌人的追捕，保住了组织机密。在危机四伏的情形下，卢绪章不得不与国民党高官广交朋友，但他始终“同流而不合污”，一生经手巨资却两袖清风，个人生活极度俭朴，他的补丁衬衫、马铃薯浆熨衣法等细节，折射出共产党员“绝对忠诚、一心为公”的品格。正如其女卢兵所言：“父亲用一生证明，真正的财富是对信仰的忠诚”。 　　转战台前，奠基对外经贸 　　卢绪章是新中国对外贸易事业的开拓者和奠基人之一，为我国对外经贸事业的发展作出了重大贡献。解放后，他先后担任华东军政委员会贸易部副部长、中国进出口公司经理、对外经济贸易部副部长等职务。他参与创建了新中国第一家国营外贸公司——中国进出口公司，后发展为中化集团。退居二线后，他仍热情关心我国的改革开放和对外经贸事业的发展，并为之献计献策、尽心尽力。邓小平委派他统筹宁波开放工作，称其任务是“动员全世界的宁波帮”。卢绪章不负重托，将港口建设作为重中之重，推动北仑港跻身国际枢纽港，助力宁波舟山港成为全球吞吐量第一的超级港口。他没有忘记自己“商人”的底色，但更清楚：今天的“生意”，是为国家建设服务；今天的“资本”，是为人民谋幸福。 　　在时代浪潮中坚守初心，于纷繁世相下永葆赤诚。卢绪章以商战为烽火，以资本为武器，于无声处书写了传奇。他的故事不仅是隐蔽战线的缩影，更揭示了共产党人“为使命倾尽所有”的精神内核。 　　来源：国家安全部微信公众号 【编辑:王琴】|dfg|
