    长春今冬降雪明显偏少 气象部门称属局地气候异常

    　　中新网长春12月17日电 (郭佳 王晶晶 刘洋)入冬以来，吉林省中西部地区降雪明显偏少，其中长春降雪量处于近年低位。吉林省气候中心正高级工程师张丽17日接受采访时表示，今年出现的“贫雪”现象，主要与冷空气势力偏弱及水汽输送不足有关，属于局地气候异常，并非由厄尔尼诺现象引发。 11月17日，长春市民在出行。(资料图) 张瑶 摄 　　吉林省气候中心数据显示，自11月1日至12月15日，全省平均降水量为15.7毫米，较常年同期偏少37%，为2000年以来第7个少雪年份、2010年以来第2少、2020年以来最少。降雪空间分布不均，东部地区降雪偏多，中西部地区降雪明显不足。 　　张丽表示，降雪的形成需要冷空气与暖湿气流共同作用。今年影响东北地区的冷空气整体势力偏弱、移动速度较快，难以形成持续的低温环境。同时，水汽输送明显不足，限制了降雪条件的形成。 　　她介绍，长春冬季水汽主要来源于北太平洋及西风带，但今年偏北气流占据主导地位，对暖湿气流形成阻挡，即便有冷空气影响，也缺乏充足水汽支撑，难以产生明显降雪。 　　针对公众关注的厄尔尼诺和拉尼娜因素，张丽解释称，今年9月以来赤道太平洋海温持续偏低，11月进入拉尼娜状态，但尚未达到拉尼娜事件标准。当前拉尼娜状态对东北地区的影响，主要表现为气温波动加大，并通过异常环流抑制水汽向东北地区输送，从而导致降水偏少。 　　吉林省气候中心指出，从历史情况看，12月本身就是吉林省降雪相对偏少的月份，个别年份曾出现整月无雪的情况，因此当前“贫雪”现象并非罕见。 11月17日，长春街头寒意明显，行人纷纷裹紧冬装出行。(资料图) 张瑶 摄 　　吉林省气象台首席预报员云天表示，12月17日至26日，全省预计将出现3次降水过程。其中，19日至20日，中南部地区可能出现雨夹雪转小雪，东部局地可达中雪；22日至24日，东南部地区有小到中雪，部分地方可能出现大雪；26日，中西部和南部地区仍有小雪可能。 　　云天指出，尽管未来10天全省平均降水量预计略高于常年水平，但中西部地区单次降雪量普遍较小，且两次降水过程之间气温起伏较大，伴有4级左右风力，短期内积雪偏少的状况仍难以明显改善。 　　吉林省气象部门提醒，积雪偏少可能对农业生产、水资源管理、生态环境和森林防火等方面产生影响。相关部门已建议加强水资源调度，提前做好农业灌溉准备，并强化森林防火管控。同时，气象部门表示，将在条件允许的情况下，在中西部地区适时开展人工增雪作业。(完) 【编辑:于晓艳】|dfg|
