    12月18日 “女孩穿光腿神器进了急诊” 相关话题冲上热搜第一 　　据新黄河报道，随着冬季气温逐渐下降，一种被称为“光腿神器”的肤色紧身打底裤悄然成为许多女性衣橱中的必备单品。 　　但是在社交平台，有用户发帖称自己因长时间穿着紧身“光腿神器”而感到身体不适，最终不得不前往医院急诊就诊。 　　“我从下午穿到晚上，刚开始只是觉得有点勒，后来就感觉胸闷、呼吸困难，腿也开始发麻。”发帖者小张表示，当天为了参加一场重要活动，特意选择了加厚款的“光腿神器”，希望能在保暖的同时保持优雅形象。然而连续穿着数小时后，她逐渐感到不适，最终在家人陪同下前往医院。 　　有类似遭遇的人不止小张，据人民日报健康客户端消息，武汉一名88斤的女子因穿着新买的超紧 “光腿神器”，饭后出现腰部、脚踝部位长满红疹的症状。经医生诊断，该女子患上的是压力性荨麻疹，若红疹扩散至全身，可能引发过敏性休克。 　　许多网友纷纷留言表示有过类似经历： 　　有医生在评论区留言： 　　医生提醒：冬季不宜选择过于紧身的衣物 　　济南医院中医科医生郝丽华提示，冬季选择衣物需要松紧适度，不宜选择过于紧身的衣物。 　　郝丽华指出，“光腿神器”为追求美观与贴合度，会设计得过于紧身，长期穿着会压迫局部经络、血管和淋巴管，影响血液循环与新陈代谢，容易出现腿部酸胀、麻木；同时，一些劣质面料透气性差，闷湿的环境易滋生细菌，还可能引发皮肤瘙痒、过敏、炎症等。 　　郝丽华进一步给出冬季穿衣建议，“宽松的衣物能给身体留出舒展空间，有助于气血顺畅流通，同时衣物与皮肤间形成的空气层，还能增强保暖效果。当然也不宜过于宽松，否则难以防风御寒，建议选择宽松合身、层次分明的穿搭，外层防风、内层保暖透气，更契合冬季养生的需求。” 　　据此前报道，北京大学人民医院创伤骨科主任医师徐海林表示，如果勒得过紧挤压肉和指甲，导致甲沟炎的发生，脚趾也会造成长期的屈曲，时间长了容易导致足趾的疾病，包括肌腱挛缩等，最后影响人的行走功能。 　　徐海林表示，在穿“光腿神器”的过程中，尤其是包脚款式，尽量不要使劲往上勒，确保给脚趾留足空间。一旦发现局部有红肿，应及时更换衣物，及时处理，到医院就诊。如果及时处理，应该不会造成太严重的后果。就怕一直不管它，脓排不出来，最后导致骨髓炎，就可能要截趾了。要更关注关节的保暖，尤其是踝关节和膝关节。 　　中国青年报(ID：zqbcyol 整理：张小松)综合：新黄河、央视财经、人民日报健康客户端、网友评论等。 【编辑:叶攀】|dfg|
