    山西多措并举守护校园食品安全 家长可实时查看后厨并参与陪餐

    　　中新网太原12月15日电 (记者 杨杰英)12月15日，在山西省“高质量完成‘十四五’规划”系列主题新闻发布会上，针对社会关切的校园食品安全问题，山西省市场监督管理局副局长赵宁介绍了今年专项整治工作的具体进展与创新举措。通过织密防护网、拧紧安全阀、搭建安心桥，一系列“看得见、摸得着”的治理成效正在显现。 　　山西市场监管部门联合教育、公安、卫健等部门建立联合执法机制，全年开展跨市交叉检查18轮次，办理跨区域案件37起。在全省中小学、幼儿园设立超过2100个消费维权服务站，并推出“校园餐”专项举报奖励，全年收到群众有效线索4600余条，推动问题早发现、早处置。同时，积极推进校园食堂对外承包转自主经营，明确公益属性。目前，运城市校园食堂自主经营比例已达97%。 　　一方面，构建起省、市、县三级“全覆盖检查+重点抽查”体系，今年检查发现的15658个食品安全隐患和问题均已监督整改到位。另一方面，在“互联网+明厨亮灶”中融入AI智能监管，对后厨人员不规范操作及有害生物入侵等问题进行视频抓拍并实时推送预警。此外，搭建大宗食材全流程追溯平台，实现从田间到餐桌可查可溯。太原市创新开发“食安智管”APP，为每所学校建立电子档案，集成溯源、抽检、整改等全链条信息。 　　为破解家长对后厨“看不见”的担忧，山西在“公开”上推出两项走在全国前列的举措。在线上，推动“互联网+明厨亮灶”视频信号向家长和社会开放。目前，晋中、晋城已率先实现社会公开。在线下，推行常态化家长陪餐，现在正在交城中学、乡宁西街小学等全省38所学校开展试点，让家长参与到“校园餐”监督中来，随时随地走进食堂后厨，亲眼见证食材加工过程，亲口品尝学校伙食。 　　赵宁表示，今年以来，全省共检查学校食堂及校外供餐单位1.2万余家次，查处“校园餐”违法案件896件，罚没金额198.79万元，向纪检监察机关移送线索44条。下一步，市场监管部门将继续统筹运用法治、信用、智慧监管方式，全力打好校园食品安全保卫战，守护师生“舌尖上的安全”。(完) 【编辑:惠小东】|dfg|
