    　　报船号就能精准定位，餐食、奶茶、生鲜、果蔬等一应俱全 　　无人机“闪送”，长江上的船员也能点外卖了！ 　　科技创新和产业创新深度融合，解决水上物流“最后一公里”难题 　　本报讯 (记者刘小燕 黄洪涛)“跑船跑了十几年了，以前都是到锚泊地找卖货小船或者到码头补充物资，现在在船上就能点外卖了，真是太方便了！”12月12日，船员白小静一边向记者展示她用长江汇微信小程序在长江南京段点外卖的视频，一边感慨“无人机送外卖”的科技便民。 　　视频在社交平台发布后，收获超3.2万点赞。“科技改变生活”“这就是低空经济”等感叹，“地址怎么填”“咋定位”等疑问也涌向评论区，还有很多船员同行表示正在尝试“长江上点外卖”。 　　今年中央经济工作会议提出，围绕发展新质生产力，推动科技创新和产业创新深度融合。据南京市交通运输局航空处四级调研员陈靖介绍，南京市交通运输部门立足全国首批民用无人驾驶航空试验区的先发优势，构建起全域协同、全链保障的低空服务体系，打造南京市低空飞行服务平台。同时，将水岸联动低空应用作为重点培育的特色民生场景，为场景落地提供坚实基础。 　　今年8月，长江汇平台上线“汇闪送2.0”无人机智慧物流平台，这是南京首个落地的水岸联动低空应用场景。从船员的实际体验来看，“无人机外卖”解决了水上物流配送“最后一公里”难题。 　　白小静说：“有时航次中遇不到卖菜小船，就没法及时补充菜。船上航行期间不能随意锚泊补充物资，囤的菜就逐渐不新鲜了。” 　　今年9月，白小静第一次体验“长江上点外卖”。“船停在乌鱼洲锚地，打开长江汇小程序，收货地点自动定位。汉堡、奶茶、生鲜、果蔬以及米面粮油、零食饮料等都可以选购，价格和普通网购差别不大，例如1斤青线椒6.9元、一斤红蒜头6.9元。”这一单“船上补货”，她共花费220.6元。 　　记者打开微信小程序看到，账号登录需填写个人身份信息以及船号、船籍、船舶9位码等，下单时要确定下水方向、上水方向、在锚地停泊等航行信息。“点单要提前1个小时预约，收货地址填到相应的服务站点，平台根据船号、手机号可以精准定位到船的位置，然后再通过无人机精准投递。”白小静说，无人机投递时还能自动解扣，点过奶茶也没有洒漏，全程很平稳。 　　“这套系统集成了智能调度、航线规划、5G通信和视觉识别技术，已常态化运营。今年1月~8月，累计飞行2.7万架次，飞行里程约14.3万公里，累计为8700余艘船舶配送264吨物资。”江苏长江汇科技有限公司总经理翟海锋说，期望未来在2800公里的长江主航道上，船舶开到哪个水域，哪个水域就能点外卖！(工人日报) 【编辑:付子豪】|dfg|
