    　　近期 　　部分不法分子 　　趁夜色在车辆上 　　非法张贴“色情”小卡片 　　看似简单的“色情”信息 　　实则为电信网络诈骗布设的引流陷阱 　　北京市公安局通州分局 　　张家湾派出所接到群众报警 　　称在小区停放的车辆上 　　被人贴上了“色情”小卡片 　　民警迅速展开调查 　　发现这些小卡片并不简单 　　不法分子利用卡片上的二维码 　　吸引受害群体下载安装一款App 　　再通过App内刷单等手段 　　实施电信网络诈骗 　　随后民警通过调查 　　发现了非法张贴 　　“色情”小卡片的嫌疑人身影 　　这些人往往选择凌晨时分 　　随机挑选停放车辆较多的小区进行张贴 　　完成后再“神不知鬼不觉”地离开现场 　　民警很快锁定了二人的踪迹 　　在凌晨成功抓获 　　并依法查扣涉诈引流小卡片1600余张 　　经调查 　　两名嫌疑人承认是无意间 　　在网上发现了这样的“兼职”招聘 　　为了赚点小钱 　　两人便与发布方取得联系 　　对方告知二人 　　领取“色情”小卡片的时间和地点 　　两人按照指示拿到小卡片 　　以一张6角钱或7角钱的价格 　　进行非法张贴，从而获利 　　最终二人因 　　为电信网络诈骗活动提供帮助的行为 　　被分别依法处以行政拘留5日的处罚 　　警方提醒 　　面对此类“小卡片”，务必提高警惕，切勿轻信。卡片内容多为诈骗陷阱，请勿扫描二维码、点击链接或拨打上面的电话，以防个人信息泄露或财产损失。一旦发现有人正在张贴此类“小卡片”，或在车窗、楼道等处发现已张贴的“小卡片”，请在确保自身安全的前提下，立即拨打110报警。 　　来源：通州分局、北京日报、北京发布 　　(平安北京微信公众号) 【编辑:叶攀】|dfg|
