    普兰新年：西藏这里又要过年了

    今天，西藏这里又要过年了！ 刚送走了林芝工布新年 时隔一个月 我们又迎来了阿里普兰新年 今天是藏历的十一月初一 也是普兰新年的“初一” 　　普兰新年又被称作“农民新年”，与农耕文化息息相关，承载着当地人对自然的敬畏和对丰收的祈愿。 　　普兰在哪？ 　　普兰位于西藏自治区阿里地区南部，夹在喜马拉雅山和冈底斯山之间，靠近尼泊尔和印度边境，平均海拔3900米，特殊的地理位置和历史背景使这里保留了独特的时间节律。当整个阿里高原被白雪覆盖时，普兰河谷却因相对较低的海拔而气候温和，形成了一方神奇的冬日绿洲，被称为“阿里江南”。 　　为什么普兰新年这么早？ 　　据西藏自治区象雄文化学术研究会会员周文强介绍，普兰新年是当地农民遵循古老历法而保留的传统节日，至少有1500年历史，蕴含着丰富的民俗与文化信息。 　　关于新年为何定在此时，周文强说：“具体形成时间不详，但应该是古人选择在农事结束、物资丰盈时举行祭祀庆祝，祈求村落安宁。各地新年时间不同，也反映了人们对本地自然气候的适应。”还有一种民间说法：过去老百姓生活贫困，秋收后粮食最多，担心撑不到春天，就趁食物充足时提前过年。 　　总的来说，藏历11月是普兰最美的季节：农活忙完、物资充裕，农民有时间置办年货、与商人牧民交换物品，正是过节好时机。 　　科迦村的非遗盛宴： 　　科迦村是普兰新年庆典的核心地点之一，这里保存着两项珍贵的非物质文化遗产——“普兰飞天服饰”和《孔雀饮酒舞》。 　　普兰妇女的“飞天服饰”极其华丽，由头饰、耳环、项链、胸饰、腰带等组成，其中最为珍贵的是传承数代人的镶满珠宝的“嘎乌”(护身盒)。 　　这些服饰上的花纹、颜色和装饰品都有特定寓意，记录着普兰悠久的历史和与周边地区的文化交流，被誉为“穿在身上的史诗”。这套服饰雍容华贵，单是穿戴就要一个多小时。地处贸易要道的普兰人，将遥远的珊瑚、黄金、蜜蜡、白银、绿松石、珍珠全都装饰在“宣”服上，展示着对这袭锦袍的无比珍视。 　　过去繁荣的商道贸易，让这里积累了华丽的服饰与耀眼的宝石，普兰当地人将这些珍宝变成节日庆典的华丽盛装，这样一套四五十斤的“宣”服饰，除去本身的价值，背后更积淀了千百年的人文价值，用价值连城、移动的人民币来形容一点也不夸张。 　　《孔雀饮酒舞》则是一种模仿孔雀饮水姿态的舞蹈。舞者们身穿象征孔雀羽毛的服饰，手持酒杯，以优美的动作展现孔雀的灵动与高贵。舞蹈动作优雅缓慢，模仿孔雀低头饮水、梳理羽毛等姿态，充满了对自然的敬畏和对美的追求。 　　舞蹈没有器乐伴奏，舞者边唱边舞，歌声与舞步时而缓慢、时而欢快。男性舞者跪地咬杯、起身饮酒、弯腰放杯等环节，尽展身体的柔韧度，同时把整套舞蹈推向高潮。 　　普兰新年有哪些好玩的？ 　　传统习俗非常丰富，如秋收后，亲友互助粉刷院墙，用白土让房子焕然一新；炒青稞、磨新糌粑，准备传统食物。如今年货种类越来越多，采购也更方便。 　　最有趣的环节来了！ 　　普兰新年也充满了童趣。村里的孩子们会穿着新衣，三三两两结伴而行，挨家挨户唱起传统的新年儿歌讨“玛央”(糖果、压岁钱)。这一传统被称为“萌彩”，是普兰新年中最具童真色彩的一幕。歌声、笑声，洒满村庄。 　　晚上，在村庄的广场上，不分年龄的村民们会围成圈，跳起传统的锅庄舞。舞蹈动作简单而富有节奏感，即使是外来游客也能很快融入其中。 普兰新年的独特之处 在于它既承载了厚重的历史 又充满着生活的温度 孩子们讨要礼物的笑容 家庭团聚时的温暖 非遗传承者的自豪 都是这片土地上跳动的文化脉搏 新年快乐 扎西德勒 【编辑:王琴】|dfg|
