    如何区分肺炎和感冒？出现这三种情况要及时就诊

    　　中新网12月19日电 国家卫生健康委19日召开新闻发布会，介绍时令节气与健康(冬至)有关情况。北京大学人民医院主任医师马艳良表示，冬春季节是呼吸道疾病的高发季节，尤其是流感。普通感冒大多数是由鼻病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒等引起的，以上呼吸道症状为主，主要是流鼻涕、打喷嚏、嗓子疼，全身症状相对比较轻。流感主要是由流感病毒引起来的，往往一开始就来势汹汹，出现突发的高热、全身疼痛、乏力，也会伴有呼吸道症状。大多数免疫功能正常的人，不管是流感还是普通感冒，其实是可以自愈的，但是也有可能会发展成下呼吸道的感染，比如肺炎，或者出现心肌炎这些严重的并发症，因此还是要高度重视。 　　马艳良介绍，肺炎一开始跟感冒的表现也差不多，往往也是发烧、咳嗽这些表现，但是如果出现以下三种情况的时候，一定要注意。第一，高热不退，或者反反复复的发热，尤其发热连续3天不退的话，或者体温刚一下去又高起来了，都要小心有没有下呼吸道感染。第二是咳嗽越来越严重、越来越频繁，或者说咳的越来越深了，尤其是出现了一些痰的变化，比如出现一些黄痰、铁锈色痰或者血丝痰的时候，有可能进展到了下呼吸道。第三，如果出现胸闷、气短、憋气，尤其活动的时候就开始觉得有点喘、有点气不够用，觉得心慌，这种时候也有可能是累及到了下呼吸道，出现这些问题的时候一定要及时就诊，看有没有肺炎的情况。 　　马艳良特别提醒，65岁以上的老年人、3岁以下的婴幼儿，还有孕妇、身体质量指数BMI超过30以上的肥胖人群，以及免疫功能低下的有基础疾病的病人，本身就是会出现重症流感的高危人群。这些高危人群一旦出现了发热、咳嗽这些表现的时候，就更不要扛了，尤其是要在48小时之内就诊，及时诊断，可以早期加用一些药物。马艳良提醒这些重点人群及其亲属，建议接种流感疫苗，避免流感的严重并发症。 【编辑:刘湃】|dfg|
