    黑龙江省多措并举强化市场监管 全力护航冬季冰雪旅游

    　　中新网哈尔滨12月17日电 (记者 刘璐)17日，黑龙江省市场监管局举行2025年-2026年护航冬季冰雪旅游“百日行动”新闻发布会。记者从会上获悉，黑龙江省已围绕保障冬季旅游市场秩序，明确了11项具体任务，涵盖食品安全、计量器具、价格行为、反不正当竞争执法等方面，多措并举护航今冬“冰雪季”。 新闻发布会现场。　黑龙江省市场监管局供图 　　在餐饮食品安全保障方面，黑龙江省大力推进“互联网+明厨亮灶”，推行餐饮服务经营者后厨操作等关键环节可视化监管，实现线上实时巡查与线下实地检查相结合。通过外卖平台与智慧市场监管一体化平台数据互通共享，精准打击无证经营“幽灵外卖”等违规行为。并聘任外卖骑手担任食品安全监督员，共同守护游客“舌尖上的安全”。 　　针对价格监管，黑龙江省加强对宾馆酒店、餐饮、旅游购物等重点领域的巡查力度，严厉查处不明码标价、价外加价、价格欺诈等违法违规行为。对消费者反映的价格投诉举报问题，实行“即报、即查、即反馈”机制，切实维护消费者的合法权益。 　　在计量器具监管方面，黑龙江省重点聚焦景区及周边集贸市场、特产店、餐饮场所等人员密集消费区域的电子计价秤，全面推行“明秤”管理制度。同时，在重点冰雪旅游景区、游客服务中心等地设置“手机变砝码”便民服务台，将智能手机转化为便携式“标准砝码”，提升计量监管的实效性和公众参与度。 　　下一步，黑龙江省将针对元旦、春节等重点时段，加大对热点景区、网红打卡地的巡查频次，对突出问题挂牌督办；定期曝光典型案例，重点打击食品安全、价格欺诈、假冒伪劣等违法行为。还将在重点景区增设食品安全快检车、快检箱，扩大“你点我检”覆盖面，营造“诚信经营、放心消费”的旅游市场环境。(完) 【编辑:于晓艳】|dfg|
