    　　中新网锡林郭勒12月19日电 题：锡林郭勒草原上的“星星”守护者 　　作者 奥蓝 郭晓娟 白云 　　“看，书上这个女孩正在干什么？” 　　“画画，画。” 　　“对了，非常好！” 　　寒冬时节，教室里暖意融融，斯琴高娃正在为一名患有孤独症的孩子进行语音发音训练。当孩子因发音反复出错、情绪烦躁时，她会握住孩子的手，温柔地安抚。等孩子情绪慢慢平复后，她再重新示范，直到发音准确。 图为斯琴高娃正带着特殊儿童进行语言发音练习。郭晓娟 摄 　　这是一堂针对孤独症儿童的语言训练课，对孤独症儿童出现的无语言、语言理解落后、表达障碍、发音不清等常见的语言问题进行针对性训练。这也是朝夕特殊儿童康复中心的基础课程之一。 　　该康复中心地处内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟锡林浩特市，是一家专注于特殊儿童语言开发、心理支持与综合康复干预的公益性社会组织。康复中心成立于2021年3月，如今在这里做长期康复治疗的儿童有170多人。他们中有人患有孤独症、多动症、发育迟缓等疾病，最小的10个月，最大的已经19岁，50%以上来自牧区。 　　本月，借着第33个“国际残疾人日”的契机，内蒙古多地举办特殊教育宣传活动。中新网记者也走进朝夕特殊儿童康复中心，走进“星星”守护者的工作日常。 　　斯琴高娃是康复中心的创办者和负责人，也是一名从业十余年的特殊教育工作者，一名“80后”。 　　2011年，从内蒙古师范大学心理学专业毕业后，她在锡林浩特市一家幼儿园担任特教老师，兼任幼儿园的教学和管理工作。这家幼儿园接收一些患有孤独症、唐氏综合征等疾病的特殊儿童。在这里，他们与普通孩子一同接受教育。 　　“孤独症孩子通常表现为难以与他人建立情感连接，语言发育迟缓或沟通方式异常，部分孩子可能伴随智力障碍、癫痫等病症。”斯琴高娃告诉记者，这类疾病目前尚无根治的方法，但可以通过早期的一些行为疗法、语言训练等康复手段进行干预，改善孩子的社交、沟通和适应能力，帮助其更好地融入生活。 　　在与特殊儿童的朝夕相处中，斯琴高娃深知这些孩子对专业治疗的迫切需求。之后，她一边学习特殊儿童语言开发和儿童心理健康发展相关专业知识，一边为幼儿园的孤独症儿童进行康复训练。 图为在感统体能训练室，老师带着儿童康复训练。朝夕特殊儿童康复中心 供图 　　2021年，斯琴高娃创办了朝夕特殊儿童康复中心，为孩子们提供科学、专业的康复治疗。她创立了“心理康复整合疗愈”方法，将语言训练和心理疏导相结合，帮助孩子提升认知能力、建立内心安全感。目前，这一疗法已让200多名孤独症儿童展露笑颜。 　　斯琴高娃介绍说：“‘心理康复整合疗愈’有三套康复手段：一是神经康复，通过运动和穴位的按摩做好神经干预；二是心智康复，通过孩子喜欢玩的游戏调动他们的积极情绪；三是智能康复，通过不同器械和认知训练，提高孩子的智力和能力。” 　　在康复中心，针对特殊儿童家长的心理辅导也是常规项目。这里还帮助家长们申请各种补贴，减轻孩子长期康复带来的心理压力与经济压力。 　　“两年了，看着女儿越来越好，我们一家终于有了面对困难的勇气。”何春梅的女儿3岁时被确诊患有孤独症，经过治疗终于慢慢学会表达。何春梅也经常参加康复中心组织的家长疗愈课，了解孩子的情况，疏解自己的情绪。 图为斯琴高娃正在和老师们分享经验。郭晓娟 摄 　　2023年，这里被定为当地残疾儿童定点康复机构之一。如今，康复中心的校区发展至3个，在职教师增至45人。 　　“孤独症儿童康复是一场理论研究和实践积累双向并行的长期探索，单靠一家机构的力量终究有限。”斯琴高娃告诉记者，她如今最大的心愿就是能与专注于孤独症儿童康复的专业研究团队合作，进一步完善“心理康复整合疗愈”疗法，帮助到更多家庭和孩子。(完) 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
