    磷虾油“零含量”，在透支同仁堂信誉

    　　中新网北京12月18日电(记者 宋宇晟) 近日，一款名为“北京同仁堂99%高纯南极磷虾油”的产品，因上海市消保委的一纸检测报告被推上风口浪尖。报告显示，该产品磷脂标识值高达43%，而实测含量竟为0。 　　更令人没想到的是，生产商、经销商与品牌方的回应，却拼接出一场令人困惑的“罗生门”。 　　生产商安徽哈博药业称产品为经销商“定制”，且生产过程中并未添加对外宣称的“南极磷虾油”。 　　经销商北京同仁堂(四川)健康药业则表示对此“毫不知情”。 　　作为经销商母公司的北京同仁堂健康药业，则强调产品“未经授权擅自使用‘北京同仁堂’字样”，并已启动司法程序，对涉事企业进行起诉。 　　记者16日通过北京同仁堂客服电话询问其旗下公司销售磷虾油一事，对方称已记录并于24小时内沟通答复。但截至发稿时，记者未获回复。 　　但当一款核心成分为零的产品，顶着“北京同仁堂”字样流入市场时，涉事方所谓的“不知情”“未授权”显然难以解答公众的疑惑。 上海市消保委文章截图 　　事实上，不论是《产品质量法》还是《消费者权益保护法》，均对生产者、经营者应承担的责任作出明确规定，两者均须对产品质量负责。 　　经销商是品牌触达消费者的重要一环，是品牌信誉的“守门人”。其行为不能以一句“毫不知情”搪塞。 　　消费者基于对“同仁堂”三个字的信任而购买产品，这份信任构成了品牌最核心的价值。当经销商失职，品牌方也绝无可能仅通过声明就置身事外。 电商平台相关产品截图 　　事实上，记者调查发现，目前在电商平台上，仍存在大量仅突出“北京同仁堂”字样、以小字体标注具体子公司名称的产品，包括深海鱼油、复合维生素片、辅酶胶囊等多种产品，并宣称具有保健功能。 　　和磷虾油的问题相似，这些产品均未使用“同仁堂”双龙图案商标，游走在品牌授权的灰色地带。 　　这种操作实质上是一种“品牌啃老”。它利用老字号历经数百年积累的无形资产进行快速变现，却未建立起与之匹配的、贯穿全产业链的质量管控体系。 　　同仁堂创立于1669年，其古训“炮制虽繁必不敢省人工，品味虽贵必不敢减物力”至今高悬，其内部也在发展过程中形成了一套严格的质量监督体系。 　　但如今，这一品牌价值正被逐渐透支。 　　说到底，老字号不应仅仅为了追求市场收益，而陷入依赖“贴牌”营收的泥沼。(完) 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
