    金上—湖北±800千伏特高压直流输电工程建成投运

    　　中新网成都12月18日电 (记者 刘忠俊)12月18日，金上—湖北±800千伏特高压直流输电工程(以下简称“金上—湖北工程”)正式建成投运。作为首条深入川藏高原腹地的特高压直流工程，该工程的投运将有效推动清洁能源跨区优化配置，助力能源绿色低碳转型，大幅提升国家能源安全保障能力。 金沙江上游—湖北±800千伏特高压直流输电工程±400千伏卡麦换流站鸟瞰图。郑自豪 摄 　　据了解，金上—湖北工程始于金沙江上游，途经西藏、四川、重庆、湖北四省(自治区、直辖市)，构建起“西电东送”新通道。工程送端在西藏昌都、四川甘孜分别布局卡麦、帮果两座换流站，重点汇集金沙江上游水电及新能源；受端在湖北黄石建设大冶换流站，接入华中特高压交流骨干网架。工程采用±800千伏额定电压、800万千瓦额定容量的“双八百”特高压直流输电技术，输电距离近1900公里。 　　值得关注的是，该工程是国内首个高海拔、分址级联特高压直流工程，面临技术要求高、建设难度大等诸多挑战。参建单位攻坚克难，先后突破高海拔施工、恶劣地质条件、建设资源紧张等瓶颈，跨越长江、翻越横断山脉，深入川藏高原腹地，最终圆满完成建设任务，为“西电东送”再添一条能源大动脉。 作业人员在金沙江上游—湖北±800千伏特高压直流输电工程四川甘孜段走线验收。(资料图)郑自豪 摄 　　作为“西电东送”战略新增重要通道，金上—湖北工程既是继陕北—湖北工程后第二条“外电入鄂”特高压直流线路，也是四川第七条特高压直流输电工程。其投运后，将显著提升电力余缺互济、时空互补及多能互换能力，推动资源要素优化配置和区域协调发展。据测算，工程投运后每年可输送清洁电能约400亿千瓦时，相当于替代标准煤约1200万吨、减排二氧化碳约3000万吨，为华中地区经济社会高质量发展注入绿色动能。同时，工程将推动金沙江上游水风光一体化基地规模化开发，优化送端能源结构，为华中负荷中心提供稳定绿色电力。 　　金上—湖北工程的投运，也是四川特高压电网建设的重要里程碑。当前，四川特高压电网建设持续提速，现代一流电网基础不断夯实。国网四川电力持续加大电网投资，2023年启动电网建设三年攻坚行动，“十四五”以来累计提升各级电网输送能力超3000万千瓦，全域覆盖、结构清晰的电力输送网络已基本形成。(完) 【编辑:王琴】|dfg|
