    拉尼娜状态持续，对我国今冬有何影响？

    　　国家气候中心监测显示，今年10月，赤道中东太平洋已进入拉尼娜状态。截至12月15日，拉尼娜状态仍在持续。 　　什么是拉尼娜状态？根据国家标准《厄尔尼诺/拉尼娜事件判别方法》(GB/T 33666—2017)，将赤道中东太平洋范围内海表面温度距平的平均值定义为NINO3.4指数。当这一指数3个月滑动平均值小于等于-0.5摄氏度时，认为赤道中东太平洋进入拉尼娜状态。当拉尼娜状态持续时间大于等于5个月，判定为形成一次拉尼娜事件。 　　“预计此次拉尼娜状态将持续至2026年初，持续时长不满5个月，形成拉尼娜事件可能性相对较低。”国家气候中心气候预测室副主任章大全说。 　　拉尼娜状态持续，可能带来的影响有哪些？一般来说，发生拉尼娜事件的冬季，西北太平洋和南海上空盛行气旋式异常环流，其西侧偏北风有利于引导北方冷空气南下，加强东亚冬季风，导致我国中东部地区气温偏低为主。 　　章大全表示，受全球变暖等因素影响，本世纪以来，拉尼娜背景下我国冬季气温偏暖的情况也频繁发生，甚至出现暖冬，如2020/2021年冬季。与此同时，气旋式异常环流会抑制来自西北太平洋、南海和孟加拉湾上空的水汽向我国南方地区输送，导致降水持续偏少，容易引发冬春连旱。在拉尼娜事件次年夏季，西太平洋副热带高压位置往往偏北，东亚夏季风偏强，有利于我国北方地区降水偏多，而长江流域降水较常年同期偏少，容易发生高温干旱。 　　拉尼娜状态持续，今年冬季我国有哪些天气过程？预计今年冬季，我国大部地区气温接近常年同期到偏高，但气温冷暖起伏显著，强降温和升温事件频繁。降水方面，全国降水总体偏少，空间上将呈“北多南少”分布。 　　冬季东北、华北、内蒙古、新疆等地可能出现阶段性大风、强降温和降雪天气过程；我国北方和西南部分地区可能发生阶段性低温和雨雪冰冻天气；冬春季华东南部、华中东部、华南东部等地气温偏高，降水偏少，形成冬春连旱的风险较高。章大全提醒，今冬拉尼娜状态持续，各地可根据气象灾害风险有针对性地做一些生产生活准备。(人民日报 记者 蒋雪鸿) 【编辑:曹子健】|dfg|
