    雨雪天气增多，警惕老年人冬季跌倒受伤

    　　本报讯 (记者陶稳)入冬后，雨雪天气增多，地面湿滑易导致跌倒事件发生。特别是老年人的视力、听力、平衡能力逐渐下降，更易出现意外跌倒情况。近日，首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院骨科主任医师苏庆军提醒，如不幸发生跌倒，可先判断伤势是否严重，一旦感觉剧痛或无法移动，不要强行起身，以免加重伤势。伤势不重的情况下，可先侧卧，用手撑地慢慢坐起。 　　跌倒已成为我国老年人因伤害死亡的首要原因。对此，苏庆军介绍，跌倒可能导致的最直接伤害是骨折，尤其是髋部骨折。他直言，老年人一旦发生髋部骨折，积极接受手术治疗后，一年内的死亡率仍高达20%～30%，致残率高达50%。如选择保守治疗，一年内死亡率和致残率更高。胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折，保守治疗4年内死亡率高达49.5%。 　　朝阳医院骨科主管护师李杰表示，很多老年人患有高血压、糖尿病、帕金森病等慢性疾病，这些疾病本身就可能影响身体协调性。同时，一些药物，如降压药、镇静剂等可能导致头晕、反应迟钝，增加跌倒风险。她提醒，老年人跌倒后，无论情况如何，都应到医院就诊，避免因耽误病情造成进一步的躯体损害。 　　为减少老年人跌倒情况发生，苏庆军建议，一方面，可改善居家环境。保持地面干燥整洁，及时清理水渍，避免地面湿滑。老年人出门时应选择防滑、合脚的鞋子。另一方面，要加强身体锻炼、合理饮食与营养补充。每天摄入足够的钙，如牛奶、豆制品、深绿色蔬菜等，必要时在医生指导下服用钙片。适量补充维生素D，帮助钙的吸收。此外，还要保证蛋白质和矿物质的摄入量。 　　老年人还应每天进行适量的步行锻炼，同时，建议进行简单的力量训练和平衡训练，如练习单脚站立，提高平衡能力和协调性，增强肌肉力量。老年人还应定期检查视力、听力，定期做骨密度检查，评估是否存在合并骨质疏松等情况，尽早进行药物干预。 【编辑:付子豪】|dfg|
