    中国教育部要求减少中小学日常考试测试频次

    　　中新社北京12月17日电 (记者 曾玥)中国教育部近日印发《关于进一步加强中小学日常考试管理的通知》(简称《通知》)，要求减少日常考试测试频次，建立考试备案制度，切实解决考试随意性的问题。 　　中国教育部基础教育司负责人介绍，教育部研究制定《通知》，旨在通过加强中小学日常考试的全流程管理，有效压减考试频次，全面提升考试命题质量，强化考试安全风险防范，优化考试结果运用，从而切实减轻学生过重的考试负担和学业压力，引导树立科学的教育评价导向，更好地服务学生全面发展、健康成长。 　　《通知》对“中小学日常考试”的范围作出明确界定，提出七方面重点任务20条具体举措。在进一步压减考试频次方面，《通知》指出小学一二年级不进行纸笔考试，义务教育其他年级由学校每学期组织一次期末考试，初中年级从不同学科的实际出发，可适当安排一次期中考试。普通高中学校要严格控制考试次数。严禁面向小学各年级和初高中非毕业年级组织区域性或跨校际的考试。 　　对于命题管理，《通知》明确，严格按照国家课程标准和教学实际命题，强化核心素养立意，创新试题形式，杜绝偏题怪题，科学优化试卷内容结构、题型结构和难度结构，逐步增加应用性、探究性、开放性和综合性试题比重。严禁向任何组织和个人购买试题、试卷。 　　《通知》要求进一步优化结果应用，义务教育学校日常考试实行等级评价，考试结果不排名、不公布，以适当方式告知学生和家长，坚决克服唯分数的倾向。此外，《通知》提出进一步强化保障能力，试点探索人工智能在日常考试命题、组卷、阅卷、分析等关键环节的场景应用。 　　《通知》从责任落实和监管问责两方面强化保障，要求压实各级管理职责、建立监督问责机制，明确试卷命制者、选用者和审核者一体同责，确保各项要求有效落实。(完) 【编辑:惠小东】|dfg|
