    　　中新网北京12月15日电 (记者 谢雁冰 黄钰钦)中国外交部发言人郭嘉昆15日主持例行记者会。 　　有记者提问：12月13日，中央档案馆公布了一批俄罗斯转交中国的苏联在伯力(今称哈巴罗夫斯克)审讯日本731部队的解密档案材料，包括对731部队成员的审讯记录、731部队罪行调查报告等，再次揭露了日本侵华细菌战罪行。发言人对此有何评论？ 外交部发言人郭嘉昆。薛伟 摄 　　郭嘉昆：俄方转交的档案再次证明，侵华日军731部队犯下罄竹难书的反人类罪行，铁证如山、不容否认。 　　档案显示，侵华日军开展多种活人实验，包括细菌实验、冻伤实验、腐蚀性液体实验、糜烂性毒气实验等。受害者既有中国人，也有苏联人和朝鲜人。首次公布的侦讯记录显示，731部队生产部部长川岛清等日本战犯对罪行供认不讳，明确提及日军在1940年、1941年、1942年三次大规模使用细菌武器等，证明日军的实验早已转化为实战，目的就是大规模毁灭人类。 　　伯力审判档案与中国保存的731部队遗址和罪行档案互补互证，共同构建起清晰的犯罪链条，证实侵华日军实施细菌战是有组织、有预谋、自上而下成体系的国家犯罪。除中国外，日军还于1942年在新加坡组建冈字第9420细菌部队，在东南亚多国进行非法人体实验和细菌战。日军暴行将被永远钉在历史耻辱柱上。 　　令人警醒的是，面对铁一般的事实，日本右翼势力仍在极力否认甚至淡化、美化侵略行径和反人类罪责。忘记历史意味着背叛，否认罪责意味着重犯。各国都有责任和义务督促日本对军国主义遗毒进行彻底清算，让悲剧不再重演，共同维护二战胜利成果和战后国际秩序，共同维护来之不易的世界和平与稳定。(完) 【编辑:黄钰涵】|dfg|
