    封掉千口生产井 长庆油田放弃46万吨产量退出环境敏感区

    　　中新网陕西延安12月18日电 (阿琳娜 徐佳)“井关了，责任没关。看着这里重新绿起来，是我们的新任务，也是新成就。”中国石油长庆油田第一采油厂巡护员徐加豪和同事在陕西延安中山川水库二级保护区附近巡查。原本这里是283口油水井的生产区，现在由原井场采油工组成的巡护队，按月对周围九百平方公里退出区域进行巡查。 　　2018年以来，徐加豪的岗位职责有了大转变。昔日，他扎根老区，和其他采油工一样挖掘地下“黑金”，随着水库保护区建立，为了保护水源地，对生产设备进行退出，徐加豪主动化身“护水员”，和同事们一起守护地表“绿肺”。 长庆油田退出井场复垦为耕地。贠向慕 摄 　　据了解，历经半个多世纪的开发建设，长庆油田累计建成12万口油气水井，年产油气当量连续六年稳产6000万吨以上，保持中国第一大油气田地位。矿权内涵盖16个水源保护区和自然保护区，黄河48条支流分布其中。 　　一直以来，长庆油田将生态红线视作“生命线”，坚持资源开发与生态保护并重，累计封堵油气水井近2万口。自2018年以来，累计完成1200余口敏感区油气水井有序关停退出。仅“十四五”期间，长庆油田就放弃油气当量46万吨。 子午岭自然保护区中长庆油田已退出井场塔2井。赵津萱 摄 　　“我们坚持生态环保与生产建设同部署、同设计、同落实，将建设项目6%的资金专项用于生态保护，当生产建设和生态环保有冲突时，必须将生态环保放在首位。”长庆油田公司副总经理、安全总监张晓博说。 　　以50万延安城区市民的饮用水源——王瑶水库为例，继20年前退出王瑶水库一级保护区后，5年前，长庆油田在王瑶水库二级保护区内退出83口井。中山川水库是延安市子长县水源工程，今年长庆油田在中山川水库二级保护区封堵91口井，完成226亩土地复垦。按照相关要求，长庆油田将在2029年之前有序退出中山川水库二级保护区。负责这块油井封堵任务的长庆油田第一采油厂副厂长田建峰介绍：“今年封的产量最高一口井，日产量达到4吨，是全油田单井平均产量的2倍以上，关这种井，确实心疼，但为了长远发展，该关还得关。” 油田员工正在巡护周边林地。赵津萱 摄 　　除了油井，在中山川水库二级保护区内，长庆油田共有气井12口。在关停退出前，天然气年产量1715万立方米。截至2025年11月下旬，已完成所有气井的关停退出和配套设施拆除、生态修复工作。负责这块气井关停的第一采气厂作业七区经理姚小琪说：“面对当前冬供民生需求，我们通过深度解堵、储层改造等措施挖潜增产，额外提升日产气量10万立方米，既坚守生态保护底线，又保障能源生产稳定供应。” 　　井关停封堵后，长庆油田同步开展井场平整、土壤改良、植被复绿等全流程生态修复工作。2025年，累计复垦存量土地3017亩，目前已完成修复面积超201万平方米，相当于280个标准足球场的面积。(完) 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
