    　　中新网中山12月14日电 题：特奥会西藏队选手索南加参：吹着高原的风长大的汉子 　　作者 王坚 黄琪然 　　发令信号响起前的几秒，特奥会男子16-21岁组800米决赛第七组跑道上，西藏队选手索南加参低着头，像在感受远方吹来的风。那风来自高原，它穿过雪山、河谷和训练场，也穿过他过去四年的每一步。 　　索南加参来自高原，他习惯在稀薄空气里训练。他告诉记者，高原的风更硬，也更冷。“跑得慢一点，你会听见自己的喘息；跑得久一点，你会听见自己的心跳。”他在这样的风里长大，也在这样的风里学会坚持。“速度可以迟缓，但意志不能后退。” 　　索南加参的成长因弱视而不顺，学习的障碍也让他要花更多的时间去理解指令、记住动作、学会节奏。但跑道不会问这些，风吹过来，它只问你愿不愿意继续往前跑。 　　发令信号响起，他冲了出去。第一圈跟跑，第二圈加速。到了最后一百米，大腿后侧肌肉拉伤的刺痛像小刀似的，但他没有放慢。“撑下去，往前冲。”他追上来，越过身旁的对手。他知道，自己过去赢得很慢，但这一刻，他没有停下。冲线的那一秒，队友在看台喊着他的名字。他没有抬头，只是深吸一口气，像是终于把那压在胸口的阵风放了出去。他赢了，赢了他的首枚特奥金牌。 　　“有点醉氧，但呼吸会轻松一些，就是有点呕吐感。”索南加参不喜欢谈论自己的伤。在别人看来，那是突如其来的威胁；在他看来，不过是一块需要跨过的石头。他早晨跑完800米，下午还要参加接力赛。腿痛让他站不太稳，可他依然在笑，这并未妨碍他的发挥。 　　这几年，教练土旦格桑陪着索南加参，看着他从跟随都困难的孩子，变成能带人跑的队长。“他的付出和收获是成正比的。”土旦格桑平静地说，“这是他自己争来的。” 　　看着挂在脖子上的金牌，索南加参告诉记者，他曾拒绝参加特奥会，因为他不愿被人贴上“标签”。 　　“我是和其他人一样的。”索南加参表示，他把机会让给别的孩子，认为自己应该先变得足够强，再回头带他们。于是，他不断训练，一圈圈跑，一次次摔，一次次站。他的故事是慢的，但不是弱的。 　　训练让索南加参交到朋友，他和教练一起组建了“永攀残健融合跑团”。团里有残疾人，也有健全人。有人跑得快，有人跑得慢。他前面领跑，偶尔还跑到最后去接掉速的人。“我们是一个团队。”他跑着，已经不只是为了自己。 　　索南加参把800米的金牌放好，他还有1500米的比赛，还有接力赛要跑。他知道，从高原到大湾区，他跑了很长的路，但真正的路还在前面，只要他继续向前，路就会不断延伸。返回休息区前，他只说了一句：“我会继续跑的。”(完) 【编辑:陈海峰】
