    姜黄饮成年轻人“养生新宠”

    　　专家提醒：有效成分有限，需理性饮用 　　“抗炎神器”“提神醒脑”“超级食物”……近日，姜黄饮成了不少年轻人的养生新宠，跟风购买的原因，在于其被传不仅能抗炎、美白，还能帮助女性缓解经期腹痛。姜黄饮到底功效几何？合新闻记者对此进行了采访。 　　姜黄与生姜差异明显，饮品中姜黄含量极低 　　“很多人会把姜黄和生姜混淆，其实二者虽同属姜科，却是不同的食材，且姜黄饮中姜黄的实际含量往往远低于宣传预期。”安徽中医药大学第一附属医院中药房副主任刘勇介绍，姜黄是药食同源的中药，为姜科植物姜黄的干燥根茎。在我国中餐中较少作为调味料使用，而在南亚地区的咖喱中是主要成分。“生姜则是日常常见食材，二者功效、用途均有区别。” 　　记者查看多款姜黄饮配料表发现，多数产品中姜黄含量占比极低。某款热销姜黄饮的配料表显示，生姜和柠檬占比均为38%，蜂蜜占比21%，姜黄仅占3%。刘勇表示，姜黄饮的核心成分，实则以生姜、蜂蜜为主，姜黄含量有限，难以达到宣传中的养生效果。 　　功效缺乏临床支撑，部分宣传存在误导 　　针对姜黄饮流传的各类功效，刘勇明确表示，目前缺乏长期大样本的可靠临床数据支撑，多数功效仅停留在理论层面，或基础研究阶段。 　　“姜黄中的主要活性成分是姜黄素，虽有一定抗炎、抗氧化作用，但口服后，生物利用度极低，有效成分到达皮肤等靶向部位的剂量微乎其微，难以实现美白、改善皮肤炎症的效果。” 　　当前，一些女性朋友因为皮肤长痘、来月经时腹痛，去购买姜黄饮的现象屡见不鲜。“皮肤问题多由紫外线照射、遗传、内分泌失调等因素导致，仅靠喝姜黄饮显然不现实。”刘勇补充道，关于姜黄饮能缓解经期腹痛的说法也无科学依据，反而姜黄本身具有一定刺激性，可能加剧子宫平滑肌收缩，加重痛经症状，且其含有的弱雌激素作用，可能对子宫内膜异位症、乳腺癌等雌激素敏感性疾病患者造成不良影响。 　　此外，部分姜黄饮添加大量蜂蜜，某产品蜂蜜占比高达21%，过量糖分摄入，会增加糖尿病患者、肥胖人群的健康风险，还可能引发口腔问题，违背养生初衷。同时，中医视角下的炎症与西医炎症概念不同，中医讲究辨证论治。姜黄性温，若本身属于阴虚火旺体质的人群饮用，可能加重身体不适。 　　与多种药物存在相互作用，特殊人群服用需谨慎 　　刘勇特别提醒，姜黄与多种常用药物存在相互作用，同时使用可能引发安全风险。 　　一方面，姜黄具有弱抗凝作用，与阿司匹林、华法林、氯吡格雷等抗凝药同服，会抑制凝血因子，增加出血风险。其次，姜黄的弱降糖作用与降糖药叠加后，可能导致血糖过低，引发低血糖。对于肠胃敏感、脾胃较弱的人群，姜黄的辛辣刺激性，则可能损伤胃黏膜，引发胃痛、腹痛、腹泻等症状。 　　为此，建议小剂量尝试，且需在饭后服用，减少对胃肠道的刺激。若出现不适，需立即停止饮用并咨询专业人士。经期女性、孕妇、老年人及儿童等人群，身体耐受力较弱或体质特殊，饮用前需咨询医生或药师。 　　刘勇建议，若想补充姜黄素，可在炖肉、煮菜时添加少量姜黄粉，既经济实惠，又能达到温和补充的效果，无需依赖高溢价的饮品。 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
