    　　新华社北京12月17日电(记者刘开雄)记者12月17日从国家税务总局获悉，浙江、陕西、辽宁等地税务部门当日公布了近年查处的3起平台企业涉税违法案件。这是税务部门首次对互联网平台企业涉税违法案件进行集中曝光。 　　从通报内容看，浙江嫲嫲团网络科技有限公司开发运营的“嫲嫲团”网络交易平台，通过会计科目“移花接木”，将本应确认为收入的平台服务费刻意计入“其他应付款”科目，人为制造低资金流水的假象，并通过个人账户支付推广劳务报酬逃避个税代扣代缴，实施“双重偷税”。 　　网络货运平台运是滴科技发展有限责任公司“无中生有”，虚构运输业务链条，通过伪造合同、购买有关轨迹信息来包装“真实性”，大肆虚开发票。 　　灵活用工平台辽宁合众易薪科技有限公司通过虚构灵活用工服务的方式，将“灵活用工”异化为“灵活虚开”，为下游企业虚开发票，协助其将工资、分红包装成服务费，以达到套取资金、不依法履行代扣代缴义务的目的。 　　目前，上述3起案件中，1起案件线索已移交公安机关进一步侦办，2起案件已进入相应司法程序。涉案的上下游开票受票企业也受到税务部门相应处罚。 　　“平台企业在数字经济发展中影响很大，其合规与否直接影响全行业价值导向。”辽宁大学副校长闫海认为，若平台企业自身漠视税法、靠违法手段谋取利益，会向平台内千万经营者和从业人员传递错误价值观念，引发恶性跟风，阻碍行业高质量发展。 　　国家税务总局相关部门负责人表示，合规经营已成为平台企业行稳致远的重要前提。作为连接多方的核心枢纽，平台企业手握海量数据、承担多重权益，更应扛起合规责任，完善内部管理、履行法定义务，为平台经济高质量发展作出积极贡献。 【编辑:叶攀】|dfg|
