    专家提醒：北上冰雪游需防范冻伤风险

    　　中新网沈阳12月17日电 (姜月恒 李雪飞)冬季来临，东北地区冰雪旅游持续升温，吸引大批南方游客前来体验“冬日限定”乐趣。中国医科大学附属第四医院烧伤整形显微外科主任陶凯提示，游客在低温环境下需高度警惕冻伤风险，并科学做好防护，以确保安全享受冰雪乐趣。 　　陶凯介绍，冻伤在学术上是指因寒冷引起的冻结或低温性损伤，主要分为冻结性和非冻结性两类。冻结性冻伤在临床上分为四度：一度伤及表皮，皮肤发红、刺痛；二度累及真皮，出现水泡且疼痛明显；三度深至皮下组织，局部苍白或紫黑，常无痛感；四度深达骨骼，可能导致截肢。非冻结性冻伤常见类型是冻疮，在低温潮湿环境下易发生，由血管栓塞引起，表现为红肿和刺痒。他特别提醒：来东北的南方朋友们一定要注意好保暖，不要为了“美”而穿衣过少。 　　陶凯强调寒冷会引起“血管收缩”，可能继发“血管栓塞”“心绞痛”等疾病，严重者可危及生命。针对如何预防冻伤，陶凯表示需要注意以下几点，环境方面要避免寒冷、潮湿和大风；保暖措施方面包括穿戴手套、袜子、口罩等防护用具，着装建议三层——内层排汗、中层保暖、外层防风防湿，鞋要保持干燥，避免出汗受潮引起的冻疮，特别注意耳、鼻、手、足等外露部位的保暖；行动因素方面他建议南方来的朋友需注意避免久站不动，应多活动，增加机体热量；个人体质方面，曾患糖尿病、脉管炎、心脏病、中风等疾病的游客尤其需要注意防冻。 　　陶凯还针对冻伤后的解决方法给出了建议：切勿用雪搓或火烤，应采用快速复温法，用40-42℃温水浸泡15-45分钟，至皮肤变红、皮温感觉恢复；面部哈气起疹时，可用温热眼贴或40-42℃的温毛巾温敷；皮肤被冷风吹冻干燥后可涂抹乳液保湿，但避免使用冷藏面膜；饮酒者需防醉酒后低温冻伤导致休克和肢体坏死。 　　陶凯特别提示，若出现冻伤严重，需立即就医，一度冻伤可在家处理，二度及以上如起水泡、发黑或坏死，应尽快就医，治疗方法包括复温、活血、扩血管、止痛和抗感染等。(完) 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
