    湖南东安小蔬菜撑起助农增收大产业

    　　中新网永州12月19日电 (文远告 郭和林 谢助民)在湖南东安县鹿马桥镇天堂梅菜连片基地，农户正忙着采摘鲜嫩梅菜。“发展订单农业，每亩纯收入能达1000元至1300元。”种植大户宋善民算起收益账。 　　近年来，东安县调整种植结构、巧打“时空差”，推动传统“一季收获”转向“四季丰收”，让小蔬菜撑起助农增收大产业，走出“一地多收”的蔬菜产业高质量发展之路。 东安县鹿马桥镇天堂梅菜连片基地装运现场。陈灵玲摄 　　宋善民的基地采用“稻稻菜”模式，晚稻收割后移栽梅菜，12月中旬采收。“以前秋收后田就闲置了，如今冬闲田真正‘活’了起来。”宋善民说。 　　该县引导农户利用水稻收割后的闲置田、闲置棚，发展梅菜、油菜薹等短平快秋冬蔬菜，让“冬闲田”变“增收田”、“空闲棚”变“效益棚”。 　　紫溪市镇的张晓辉通过“烟稻菜”“稻稻菜”轮作种植时令蔬菜，产品销往广东；白牙市镇宥江桥村的智能连栋温室育秧大棚，在育秧间歇轮作高效经济作物，年为村集体增收近20万元；石期市镇500亩油菜基地推广“一地双收”，采收菜薹后还能收菜籽榨油，每亩收益约2500元。 　　为护航产业发展，东安县成立蔬菜出口产业高质量发展工作专班，落实相关政策，整合1500万元资金用于基地提质、质量检测等，支持新型农业经营主体探索高效模式。2025年，该县新增设施棚架蔬菜面积340亩，带动3000余户农户增收。 宋善民(右)与东安县农业农村局农技人员查看蔬菜长势。谢助民 摄 　　截至目前，东安县2025年蔬菜播种总面积达38万亩，总产量88.4万吨，建成粤港澳大湾区“菜篮子”备案基地12个、高标准蔬菜基地4500亩。东安县农业农村局副局长唐奕祥表示，该县将持续推动土地资源效益最大化，续写蔬菜产业促增收、助振兴新篇章。(完) 【编辑:李润泽】|dfg|
