    合肥“映山红”义警服务队：“蓝马甲”守护社区平安

    　　中新网合肥12月15日电 (记者 张俊)在安徽省合肥市，有这样一个群体，他们身着蓝马甲穿梭在小区楼栋、商圈街巷，化解邻里纠纷、守护辖区平安，他们就是合肥“映山红”义警服务队。 　　2023年，为弥补辖区警力不足的短板，合肥新站高新区七里塘社区正式组建“映山红”义警服务队，有着2600多小时志愿服务经历的孙良胜担任队长。“大家都是想利用空余时间，为社区做点有意义的事情。”这支队伍初期仅20余人，成员涵盖各行各业，他们用热心扛起了守护邻里的责任。 合肥“映山红”义警服务队在社区开展志愿宣传活动。(资料图)合肥新站公安 供图 　　从日常巡逻到应急救助，从矛盾调解到便民服务，“映山红”义警的身影遍布辖区的每一个角落。辖区内10个小区、2大商圈，近10公里的巡逻里程，是义警队员们每日的“必修课”。有次义警服务队曾在小区内发现走失孩童，第一时间联动物业和社区微信群，并及时将孩子平安送回家。孙良胜介绍，义警服务队在遇到邻里因琐事起争执时，主动上门调解，以情理化解矛盾，让业主握手言和。 　　“映山红”义警服务队的成立，是基层治理“警民联动、共建共治”模式的实践。不同于传统的警务工作，义警队员扎根社区、熟悉民情，既能第一时间发现潜在安全隐患，又能以“邻里人”的身份化解基层矛盾，成为派出所民警的“好帮手”、社区的“贴心人”。在好人精神的感召下，越来越多的合肥市民主动加入志愿服务队伍，义警队的规模持续壮大。 　　如今，“蓝马甲”已成为合肥义警服务队的平安符号。“映山红”义警服务队以实际行动践行着志愿服务精神。自2022年以来，合肥市公安机关发掘蕴藏在市民中的治安力量，探索建立新时期“合肥义警”队伍，他们作为巡逻员、调解员、信息员、安全员、宣传员，日夜守护在大街小巷。截至目前，合肥市已注册并通过审核义警队伍617支，人数11.5万余人。(完) 【编辑:惠小东】|dfg|
