    　　朝“问”健康丨雪天出行易摔倒怎么办？防滑“企鹅步”学起来 　　近期，北方多地迎来降雪，医院接诊的摔伤骨折患者数量明显增多。医生介绍，与往年以老年患者为主的情况不同，今年青年患者占比大幅提升，其中尤以骑电动车摔伤的群体最为突出。 　　雪天骨折高发 多为年轻人骑电动车摔伤 　　在北京积水潭医院，从12日降雪以来到15日，接诊摔伤患者约500人，其中骨折患者约300人。 　　北京积水潭医院创伤骨科主治医师 孙伟桐：老年人腿脚、视力可能会比年轻人要差一些，所以对于他们来说以在雪地上走路摔伤，低能量的损伤为主。但是对年轻人来说，更多是因为通勤路上骑自行车、电动车摔伤，导致骨折的严重程度，有的时候也会更严重一些。 　　防滑“企鹅步” 围巾巧固定 雪天保安全 　　雪天路滑，摔倒后别用手硬撑。医生特别提醒，掌握正确的防滑和急救固定方法，能有效降低损伤风险。 　　由于大多数人滑倒后的第一反应是手撑地，所以骨折的病人多半是桡骨远端骨折。医生建议市民，出行时尽量穿防滑平底鞋，学走“企鹅步”： 　　小步慢走，身体微前倾，膝盖微弯曲，全脚掌着地； 　　行走时手不要插兜； 　　特别要警惕薄冰路面，绕开大理石、瓷砖等光滑路面。 　　如发生摔倒，可以使用围巾、书本等对骨折处进行简单固定。 　　医生提醒，若出现胸、腰、背部疼痛，无法坐起、站立等，说明存在脊柱骨折的可能性，应尽快拨打120，由专业医护人员救助。(央视新闻客户端) 【编辑:叶攀】|dfg|
