    　　中新社北京12月15日电 (记者 李纯)中国国防部新闻发言人蒋斌15日就近期涉军问题发布消息时表示，中方强烈敦促日方正视当前中日关系困难的症结，切实反思纠错，任何避实就虚、偷梁换柱、倒打一耙的卑劣行径和政治操弄都不可能得逞。 　　有记者问，据报道，关于中国航母编队舰载机飞行训练，近期日方改口称事先得到了中方通报的信息，但因缺乏训练时间、区域等具体内容，未能获取足够的避险信息。请问发言人有何评论？ 　　蒋斌指出，此次事件事实清楚、证据确凿，容不得日方狡辩抵赖。实际情况是，12月6日，辽宁舰航母编队组织101舰通报中方将组织舰载机飞行训练，日方116舰确认收到；其后，中方101舰再次通报舰载机飞行训练预计15时开始，持续时间约6小时，主要在航母以南区域，日方116舰再次确认收到。在此情况下，日方仍派飞机多次冲闯中方训练海空域进行滋扰，危及飞行安全的一切责任理应由日方承担。 　　蒋斌表示，日方一再欺骗本国民众、误导国际社会，把中方正常的军事训练炒作成所谓“安全威胁”，把自己从挑衅者包装成受害者，不禁让人怀疑其是不是想为高市首相涉台错误言论造成的严重后果转移视线？是不是想为其突破战后体制、谋求军事松绑、复活军国主义幽灵制造借口？“我们强烈敦促日方正视当前中日关系困难的症结，切实反思纠错，任何避实就虚、偷梁换柱、倒打一耙的卑劣行径和政治操弄都不可能得逞。”(完) 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
