    　　中新网北京12月16日电 (记者 黄钰钦)中国外交部发言人郭嘉昆16日主持例行记者会。 外交部发言人郭嘉昆。薛伟 摄 　　有记者提问：16日上午，日本防卫大臣小泉进次郎在国会答辩中就日本增加军费应询称，“你应该想想该说谁，比如中国，20年间军费增加7倍，最近3年涨幅也明显超过日本。”中方对此有何评论？ 　　郭嘉昆：日方无端指责、恶意抹黑中国正当国防建设，态度恶劣，令人不齿。在和平与安全问题上，中国是世界上纪录最好的大国。中国国防费的增长合理合法，既是应对安全挑战、维护国家正当利益的需要，也是为更好履行大国国际责任义务。日方作为有严重侵略前科的国家，没有任何资格说三道四。 　　由于罪恶罄竹难书的侵略历史，日本的军事安全动向一直备受亚洲邻国和国际社会关注。2025财年，日本国民人均防卫费、防卫人员人均费用分别是中国3倍和2倍多，近年来日本大幅调整安保政策，防卫费13年连增，近5年激增约60%。日本还自我松绑集体自卫权，发展所谓“对敌基地攻击能力”，修改武器出口原则，强化“延伸威慑”合作，图谋修改“无核三原则”。日方嘴上说坚持“专守防卫”和“被动防御”，行动上却一再背弃《开罗宣言》和《波茨坦公告》对日明确规定的战败国义务，违背自身在日本宪法中所作承诺。究竟谁在扩军强武？谁在试图以武力干涉他国内政、挑战他国核心利益？谁在威胁地区和平稳定？事实清清楚楚，公道自在人心。 　　日本加速图谋“再军事化”，只会引发对日本未来向何处去的“再质疑”。所有爱好和平的国家都高度警惕、坚决遏制任何复活日本军国主义的危险动向，都将携手维护来之不易的二战胜利成果。(完) 【编辑:惠小东】|dfg|
