    山东省造纸印刷行业技工教育联盟在潍坊成立

    　　中新网潍坊12月19日电 (记者 沙见龙)山东省造纸印刷行业技工教育联盟19日在位于山东潍坊的山东工业技师学院揭牌成立。联盟的成立，搭建起产业需求与人才供给精准对接的平台，将推动院校智力资源与企业实践平台深度融合，让人才培养更贴合产业发展痛点，让技术创新更精准赋能产业升级。 12月19日，山东省造纸印刷行业技工教育联盟在潍坊揭牌成立。李长城 摄 　　据山东工业技师学院党委书记孙科顺介绍，造纸印刷专业是该院开设最早的骨干专业，在服务行业发展中积累了扎实经验，自设立以来，始终紧跟造纸印刷行业发展步伐，不断优化专业设置，高标准打造造纸、印刷实训与实验场所，拥有山东省内先进的海德堡印刷机。该院打造了一支既有扎实的理论功底，又有丰富的实践经验的高技能师资队伍，能够精准把握行业技术前沿，助力技能人才培养提质增效。 　　孙科顺透露，该院联合山东省内知名高校、省造纸行业协会成立了造纸印刷专业发展指导委员会，获批建设“山东轻纺产业链工匠学院”，为行业输送了数以万计的优秀技能人才，很多毕业生已成为企业的技术骨干、行业的中坚力量。特别是与太阳纸业合作15年以来，累计培养1000余人；与山东传媒职业学院联合招收191名学生，培养具有“双学籍”“双证书”高技能人才，实现学历与技能的“双向赋能”。 　　“联盟的成立只是起点，后续高质量运行需要各方携手，同心同德、同向发力。”孙科顺在提出的发展建议中提到，依托联盟平台，各方需要一同整合院校的科研力量和企业的生产优势，围绕造纸印刷行业的绿色环保、智能升级、节能减排等关键技术问题，开展联合攻关，推动科研成果转化应用。同时，搭建行业技术交流平台，定期组织技术研讨会、技能竞赛等活动，推广先进技术和工艺，引领行业技术进步。 　　潍坊市工业和信息化局四级调研员李殿文表示，当前，全球制造业正经历深层次、全方位的变革，智能制造、绿色低碳已成为产业升级的核心主轴。山东省作为中国造纸印刷产业的重要基地，正加速迈向高端化、智能化、绿色化发展新阶段。潍坊作为山东造纸印刷产业的核心集聚区，凭借完整的产业链条、丰富的企业资源与深厚的产业积淀，在行业转型浪潮中肩负着重要使命。 　　但与此同时，产业升级对复合型、创新型技能人才的需求日益迫切，技能人才供给与产业发展需求的结构性矛盾愈发突出，传统人才培养模式已难以适配产业高质量发展要求。李殿文说，为契合产业转型升级的内在需求，由山东工业技师学院牵头，汇聚政、行、企、校四方合力组建了这一行业联盟。该院作为山东省属驻潍骨干院校，深耕造纸、印刷等特色专业领域多年，积淀了雄厚的教学资源与扎实的育人功底，为行业输送了大批高素质技术技能人才，已然成为技能人才培养的重要阵地。 　　李殿文表示，下一步，该局将立足产业服务职能，牵头搭建产业需求对接机制，推动企业将技术标准、生产工艺、真实项目引入课堂，引导院校围绕产业痛点优化专业设置，助力“教育链”“人才链”与“产业链”“创新链”深度衔接，同时大力支持联盟成员联合开展关键技术研发与成果转化。(完) 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
