    广东台山广海芥兰上市 “错过又需等一年”

    　　中新网江门12月19日电 题：广东台山广海芥兰上市 “错过又需等一年” 　　作者 李晓春 郭军 　　“这次回来，发现台山变化很大，连广海渔人码头都升级改造了。此行除了海鲜之外，我们还吃到新鲜上市的广海芥兰，和广海特色的猪油糕、糖糊……”近日，从美国回广东台山市探亲的侨胞陈德贤透露，家乡的味道令他食指大动。眼下，正是广海芥兰上市的季节。 　　据介绍，明嘉靖二十四年(1545年)《新宁县志》卷五和清光绪十九年(1893年)《新宁县志》卷八均有“芥蓝”(指芥兰)的记载。在《台山市志》(1979-2000)有更详细的记录：“广海芥蓝皮青肉绿，叶嫩梗(指肉质嫩茎)脆，主产区是广海镇环城、奇石、靖安村委会，每年种植面积100亩，以环城村委会欧(如今用‘区’)边村生产的芥蓝最佳。土质是滨海沉积土形成的泥沙田，土壤含钾量丰富。广海芥蓝以黄花尖叶品种为主。” 广东台山市广海镇环城社区区边村的农户陈景宏展示符合采收标准的“广海芥兰”。李晓春 摄 　　“我以前在村委会担任生产主任期间，就曾将这附近一带的芥兰统一收购起来，送到佛山、广州等地供应给食肆。当年我和那边联系沟通比较紧密，销路比较好。”台山广海镇区边村村民陈景宏介绍说，1956年广海“区边芥兰”在广东省农产品展览会上获得与会者的广泛好评。 　　“我今年种了4亩多芥兰，第一批从移植到上市需45至50天，农历十月初就开始上市。按近年的生长规律来看，第二批需50至55天，第三批需55至60天，一般在农历正月底前卖完。喜欢吃广海芥兰的市民要抓紧时间尝鲜，错过又需等一年！”台山广海镇种植户梁锦欢介绍说。 　　“我最近每天采收量60公斤左右，批售价为每公斤12至14元，主要供应给广海本地及附近的食肆。”梁锦欢透露，该村村民每年自己留种繁育芥兰，已细分出早熟、晚熟品种，个头大小、外观形态上有一定的差异。广海芥兰有花黄、梗粗、叶肥、质脆、霜(指蜡质层)厚等特点，会出现梗内空心的现象，但不影响食用。 　　“我们村这边水源充足、水质好，适合种植芥兰和西洋菜。在足水足肥的情况下，芥兰可长至七八十厘米高，把叶子提起来可超过成人膝盖的位置，单株可重达1公斤，一两棵就能炒成一盘菜。”台山广海镇种植户陈健全称，采收时尽量轻拿轻放，不要反复上手处理，避免把叶面和粗梗表面那层蜡质抹没了，这是广海芥兰的“防伪标志”。他曾试着用当地供销社之前订制的芥兰礼盒打包，每盒只能装入3至4棵。 　　当前，广海当地及附近乡镇的食肆纷纷推出芥兰菜式。“广海芥兰的梗比较粗，要先将表皮撕或削干净，和处理莴笋的方法大同小异。滚刀切块时，发现有空心现象，若嫌卖相不好可将其剔了，一般搭配广式腊肉或腊肠炒，也有食客要求搭配牛肉炒。”台山广海渔人码头一酒楼的负责人称，秋冬季资深食客会首选广海芥兰这口鲜。 　　“近期，社区农户每天供应市场的芥兰超500公斤。目前有不少年轻人通过微信、抖音等平台，为广海芥兰开拓线上销售渠道。”台山广海镇环城社区“两委”干部黄宜钜介绍说，若想将广海芥兰打造成台山特色农产品，还需政府层面牵头成立专业合作社或行业协会，注册商标和订制统一的包装，制定出广海芥兰的等级标准，带动当地更多的农户种植芥兰，持续加大外宣力度，让广海芥兰能够早日呈上粤港澳大湾区食客的餐桌。(完) 【编辑:惠小东】|dfg|
