    云南石林人参果综合产值45亿元创新高

    　　中新网昆明12月17日电 (黄兴鸿 陈小钗)记者17日从云南省昆明市石林彝族自治县人参果产业发展协会获悉，2025年该县人参果种植面积达18.1万亩、产量38万吨、综合产值45亿元，惠及2.34万户果农，为乡村振兴注入新动能。 　　地处滇东高原腹地的石林县，被誉为“世界喀斯特的精华，中国阿诗玛的故乡”。该县三分之二地区属喀斯特地貌，孕育了世界自然遗产石林风景区；此外，那里土层通透性好，富含硒、镁、铁等矿物质。在20世纪末引入人参果种植后品种不断改良，使其成为当地各民族的“致富果”。 2025年8月9日，石林人参果开采季启幕果农展销人参果。　黄兴鸿 摄 　　石林县人参果3至4月种植，7至11月采收，开发出的系列产品畅销全国。 　　西街口镇是石林县人参果种植面积最大的镇，2025年面积达10.9万亩，产量23.98万吨。该镇的种植大户毕卫学介绍，2018年他牵头成立石林果王人参果种植专业合作社，经多年发展，社员从5户增至106户，因有专家指导种植、引入电子商务拓宽销售渠道等，人参果供不应求，已实现户均收入2万元。 　　石林县人参果产业发展协会会长梅爱冰介绍，经多年精心培育，目前石林县构建了拥有自主知识产权的人参果育种、育苗、技术、品牌、交易等全产业链发展格局；专业从事人参果领域的企业、合作社、家庭农场逾100家，产品业态涵盖种苗、果脯、饮料、酒类、保健品、盆景、饲料等；培育了水果、蔬菜两大类共20个抗性更强、适应性更广、口味更加浓郁的人参果品种。该协会将持续服务好人参果全产业链，不断促进产业增值、企业增效、果农增收。 　　2025年10月28日，石林国际花卉农特产品展示交易中心揭牌运营，该中心是集花卉、人参果等农特产品的数字交易、标准处理、冷链物流、电商孵化于一体的产业枢纽，为“云品出滇”注入动能。此外，发布的《石林人参果质量标准体系》，从外观、甜度、成熟度等维度规范产品品质，为产业发展提供可复制、可输出的“石林方案”。 　　据统计，2024年，石林县人参果种植面积17.01万亩、产量30.02万吨、综合产值35.1亿元。2025年，面积达18.1万亩、产量38万吨、综合产值45亿元，均创历史新高。 　　在石林县的辐射带动下，云南曲靖、红河、楚雄、西双版纳、文山、普洱、保山等多地种植人参果，可实现全年均有新鲜人参果上市。 　　按照石林县的规划，2027年，该县的人参果种植面积将达20万亩，带动全省各地种植60万亩，总产量达90万吨，让人参果综合产值突破100亿元。(完) 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
